Before starting any private individual job, your enquiry is passed to one of our technicians who will look at the specific request or problem and offer their guidance on the best solution or options. We’ll try to give you choices and work with you to find the options that best suits your terms and budget.
The approach from the team is to understand what you need from your boat, just how you’d like it to be and to ensure that the optimum performance is maintained to enhance your overall boating experience. An estimate is raised for each job before work commences and during the job you’ll be kept totally informed of how things are progressing. All work will be carried out at your marina in a clean, orderly way with genuine parts. Rest assured that when we leave your boat you’ll hardly know we’ve been.
After the job has been completed our technicians will contact you to let you know and report back on how things have gone. We’ll also keep talking to you to make sure that you’re happy with the work, particularly if it’s a new heating system installation for example, which will need servicing at regular intervals to avoid future problems.
